Hey, everyone!!!

I know it's been a long time in between journals but that won't be the case any more... I hope. To say that this journey has been incredible, is only one small word to describe such a major event. Ups and downs are always the norm and I think that once you take control, you HAVE more control on those ups and downs. Such is the case with me. I took a major risk and haven't looked back since but knowing that there still will be lows in the future, I know that it is within my control to react with calm and ease and solve whatever issue has been created.

That being said, this summer is going to be my favorite thus far! What do I love doing the most? Playing music to anyone who will listen! We just played in a little town in BC called Vernon and I believe around 10,000 people showed up and that was amazing considering they were only expecting around 4,000! Things like that are what I live off! It was an incredible feeling and my band, just when I think they can't surpass their excellent playing, they outplay themselves yet again.

Yes, I've made many changes in the last while but I have to admit that the dynamic this band has created without adding any more players to the equation is unbelievable! Jay Buettner, Shane Hendrickson, Scott Smith, Jayson Brinkworth, Rob Esch and Emil Gawaziuk... I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Not just because you work so well at what you do but because you get the big picture. You understand that for me, the fans are the most important aspect of my career. They are the ones that have, truly, created the career I have now and also that they are the ones that will keep me playing shows and for the band to step it up a notch and make sure that the show is just that, A SHOW for the fans, then you deserve all the respect and gratitude from me that I can provide.

Now that yet another summer is upon us and a new single is at radio, I can't wait to go do all the shows that are on the schedule! I want to come to see you as much as I hope you want to come see our show!
