Here We Come!

Another summer (still spring, I know) is under way and you better watch out because we are probably coming to a city or festival near YOU!! We recently went out and did a Western Canadian swing to cities and towns such as Wetaskawin, Fort MacMurray, Chauvin, Flin Flon, Portage La Prairie, Carlyle, Saskatoon, Swift Current and Lethbridge. All shows were amazing, filled with the greatest fans all singing along to all the songs that have been on radio and now even some of the new ones that haven't even been released yet!

That being said, the new album is also on it’s way! Our tentative release date if set for the first week of September. I love it when people come up and say, “I can’t wait for the new album!” and I always say back, “me too!!!” I am so proud of this new album, not only because my name and Mitch’s names are on most of the songs but for the songs themselves. They are a real step up from any other album I have had a hand in putting together. I hope that all the fans and friends of ours feel the same when you get a copy… right???!!!

Well, we just played a show with Johnny Reid and Terri Clark this past Saturday at the Rainmaker Rodeo and the rain stayed away! NO rain was made that day at all and what an unbelievable turn out! Now, we're off to Valemont, BC, Grande Prairie and then off to Brooks, Alberta to do shows, return to Vancouver to shoot the new video for “Let's Get Rowdy”, our new single due out ANY minute and then it's back on the road again!

This is the year that I have really been looking forward to, releasing the newest and BEST album of mine yet, playing with some of the biggest names in country music and coming out to hang with all the best fans in the world… the Canadian country music fans! See you soon!!!
