Merry Christmas

Hey gang!

Just a quick hello and let you know how the week has gone. I was in Edmonton for a dinner put on by Mike McGuire and his awesome country radio station, CISN that he is an on-air personality. Thanks for the great food and donation of time and space from Von's restaurant and also to Gail who bought the dinner for her daughter Katelyn, whom just happened to turn 16 that day! You're supporting some great causes! Thank you!

I went home for a couple days and got to add some touches to the reno's I have been doing to my home and also adding Christmas decorations to the house of course!!! My FAVORITE time of year, you know!

On Thursday I traveled down to Vancouver to be a part of another benefit only this time it was a breakfast put on by our country station there, JRFM. An amazing morning with great artists like Ridley Bent, The Higgins and George Canyon dropped by later on to say hi to everyone. It's so awesome to see these little kids all bright-eyed and waiting for the artists to take the stage and sing them a Christmas song. It's almost as though it's Christmas morning!! Thank you to the crew from JRFM. I love you guys and you all do an amazing job!

Now, I sit in Vancouver International Airport in a 2 and a half hour delay because of all the snow that has fallen in and around Western Canada over the last 24 hours. Everywhere has stalled to near a stop in all major cities in the west. I'm ok though because from now until January 3rd, I will be spending time with all my family so I am warm-feeling inside when it's cold outside.
